Dinner with the Krepp Relatives

Mom Krepp, Aunt Linda, and Aunt Arlene
Chris and Zack
Wednesday night, we all got together at a local restaurant to see everyone on Mom's side of the family who could come. We had a great time catching up with everyone.

David and Cousin Lisa.
The Three Musketeers.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize the flash was off until the evening was
almost over, so alot of these pictures are yellow.

Fun with Mom Krepp

This nest was in one of the trees in Mom's yard. I have never seen one this big!
A cute bunny hanging out in Mom's yard. Chris remembered growing up and commented on how ungrateful he was for the huge property that he enjoyed there when he was young. Mom's yard is bigger than 5 or 6 of the lots on our street!
David had a great time with Grandma Carol. She surprised us with toys and books and a new outfit for David. The teething ring came in handy - David liked having something cool to chew on during the drive home!
Mom and I have a lot of fun talking about crafts. We both like to make stuff, so we had fun showing each other the projects we are working on.

Home again

We just returned from a fast, fun-filled trip to Pennsylvania. I had wanted an Amish bent wood rocking chair, and we found a glider on a drive out with Dad. He surprised us by giving it to us as a gift. Certainly unexpected, but I am already loving it!
We had so much fun seeing everyone that I am going to divide posts so that there isn't one verrrrry long one.

Birth Class Reunion

Today was our Bradley class reunion. It was great to see everyone and thier babies, and we enjoyed chatting with everyone. David's outfit is a gift from Grandma Sharon- he looked so cute! This class was extra special because we all had the same midwife, and we didn't know that until we met each other!

David's First Time in his own room

This is David's first time in his crib. Finally getting set up now that he is almost 4 months old. I am excited to decorate his room! We waited to set it up because I wanted new carpet for his room and didn't want to put his room together without it.
We don't put him in his own room at night anyway, but he is growing out of his bassinet, so it's good for him to have a bigger place for naps!
He gets to hang out alot in just a diaper because our house is quite hot in the summer. We sleep downstairs in our basement since it is 20 degrees cooler down there right now!
He is always trying not to go to sleep, thrashing around trying to stay awake, hence his scratches. I think he's afraid he might miss something! He quite often falls asleep with his eyes barely open. It's pretty cute.

Take me out to the ball game!

Cousin Adrianna and Cousin Caitlyn have fun playing with David.

David patiently waiting to go to Cousin Adrianna's baseball game. The outfit was a present from my friend Alice this morning, and it was so cute he had to wear it today. I was thinking it might be a little big, but I was wrong. I better hurry up and get his other clothes out before they are too small!
David hanging out in the sun. The weather was perfect!
Adrianna at the bat. She is a really good player!
Cousin Caitlyn likes to hold him. He will be too big to hold very soon! (for Caitlyn... not Mommy... I think I have at least another year!)
David and Aunt Carolyn leaving the ball park. The sunset was beautiful!

Sacked Out

He was so tired and hot after our trek up the mountain - I stripped him down to his diaper and he went to sleep.

Drive thru the Mountains

We went on a drive up Gold Camp Road. It is so beautiful since we have had so much rain. I don't remember it ever being so green. It is absolutely fabulous!
